DUII‘s have never been a good thing. BUT with the new strict Oregon Laws that went into effect at the first of the year, it is something you do not want to experience. Here is a breakdown of the effects of your FIRST Oregon DUI Conviction:
Jail – 48 Hours Minimum up to 1 Year, or
Community Service – 80 Hours
Fine - $1,000 Minimum and up to $10,000
Fine - $2,000 Minimum (BAC .15 or Above)
Various DUII Fees – $300 Minimum
